Congratulations to everyone for a fantastic concert last Saturday.
The children from Our Lady played and performed brilliantly and it was lovely to have so many children with their families in the audience. As adult musicians we all have special musical memories from our childhood and we hope the children will never forget the experience they had performing with us, Blackpool Symphony Orchestra and at The Marine Hall too.
The programme included 1st movement of Beethoven's 5th Symphony, Night on a Bare Mountain, Dave Brubeck's Take 5, Nimrod, HoeDown and Mars from the Planet's Suite. There was something for everyone.
