Edward's commission, Cityscapes, included saxaphones which was a great addition to the more conventional orchestration.
ur November concert took us to Preston for A Night at the Opera with Preston Opera. The two videos below give you a taste of what a great evening it was.
In March our programme included Brahms Symphony No 1 in C minor. The concert was a sell out and the feedback we received from the audience showed they enjoyed listening as much as we enjoyed playing.

Our final concert of this season in July featured our principal clarinestist, Claire Shipway with a fantastic performance of Weber's Clarinet Concerto. Wagner's Sigfried Idyll was also a new piece of repertoire for many of members and audience.
