The RNCM is one of the top places in the world to study music. Their undergraduate Conductors needed to be put into a rehearsal situation as part of their Conducting Exam and we were honoured that we were chosen to do this. We welcomed 6 conductors to our rehearsals on 16 and 23 May to rehearse the Farrenc Symphony.
It was fascinating to witness very different technical and stylistic approaches. We wish all of them the very best for the future.
