Welcome to our Blackpool Symphony Orchestra web site.

 

We are a friendly orchestra playing mainly classical music . We rehearse at the Blackpool Sixth Form College, Blackpool Old Road, FY3 7LR and perform five concerts a year.

Our members come from all across the county. We encourage young players wanting orchestral experience and welcome established musicians keen to play for appreciative audiences.

We are often looking for new players so if you would like to join us, then please get in touch.  We would love to hear from you.  We particularly welcome string players.
